The Livestock Markets Association of Canada is pleased to confirm that the 2022 Annual Meeting, Convention and Canadian Livestock Auctioneering Championship will be held in Lloydminister SK, May 5 to 8, 2022. The Host Market will be Northern Livestock Sales in Lloydminister. Registration packages will be available on Evenbrite as of March 1, 2002 for both the convention and the auctioneering competition. This will be the first time that LMAC has brought their event to Northwestern Saskatchewan. LMAC President Brock Taylor says “LMAC is very excited about working with Brent Brooks and his family at Northern Livestock Sales. Brent runs a top rate business and will be an excellent host.”

Convention headquarters will be at the Border Inn and Suites (formerly the Day’s Inn) we have 90 rooms there and they can be booked by calling hotel direct,
at (780) 875 4404. The LMAC rate is $109.00 per night plus taxes. Please refer to the LMAC booking code for group booking.

You must book with the hotel direct, bookings through third party service providers such as Hotels.com will not be accepted. The rooms are on a first come first service basis. If the hotel is full we have a block of rooms across the street at the Holiday Inn and Suites 780.870.5050 the booking code for that hotel is LMA. The rate is $109.00 per night plus taxes

Due to a large construction project in the Lloydminster area, there is a high demand for hotel rooms. All rooms for the LMAC event must be booked prior to April 1, 2022.
